Alongside our busy schedule of activities and clubs we run a number of Youth Support Initiatives. We’re here to listen and help young people get the support that they need.
We offer practical and emotional support so that young people can move forward with confidence, knowing that we are right beside them every step of the way.

C-card scheme
Through the C-Card scheme we can offer confidential sexual health advice and free condoms to young people aged 13-24. Our advisors are trained through the official C-Card scheme and are experienced in talking about sexual health and condoms.
You can use the C-Card scheme whether you’re male or female and no matter what your sexual orientation is. It doesn’t matter whether you’re having sex, thinking about having sex or just curious. C-Card is FREE and completely confidential.
